This is a meditation to connect with spaciousness. Inside of us we have a vast blue sky of infinite possibility. Our lives are so busy we forget to take the time to be in our present, to connect to the reality around us, and then to realise that our perspective and perception is often very narrow. Mindfulness meditation allows us to reconnect with the true nature of things and to realise that our natural state is one of calm, joy and serenity.
