Connection Church - Sioux Falls

We tell the stories of greatest importance, and Jesus has done something on our behalf that is the best possible news.

We were created to worship the things of highest possible value, and Jesus is the object of highest possible value.

We are unappeasably thirsty, and Jesus is the only satisfying remedy.

People who have been set free from dire circumstances have a fearless freedom for fellowship.

The priesthood of Christ exposes our great need and proves His great love.

A healthy church on mission has a

prayerful, hospitable, and redemptive presence.

Dissecting the anatomy of this praise song leads us to recognize God as our only means of salvation and to respond thankfully for his saving work. It also leads us to see how God offers us the fullness of joy in Him, and praising Him is the completion of that Joy.

As we dissect the anatomy of a praise song, we see how praise can be a response to a command - one that all peoples will one day participate in, and how praise includes standing in awe of a powerful God who is in control and loves His people.
