On our last episode with Patrick Hudson, he described how he was living a life of denial, walking in sin even as a Christian. Here he shares if and how overcoming this is possible, and how his life has changed!

Our guest in this program has a sobering testimony - he’s Patrick Hudson. Although he grew up in the church, he possessed an addiction that, sadly to say, lures many into a life of sin. Hear how he went from not even knowing he was in trouble, to overcoming it and helping others!

With us today is Pastor Joe Jacowitz, president of FirstLove Ministries, and pastor of Christ Bible Church in Pleasanton, CA. We’re talking with him about various ways that we as believers in Jesus Christ can share our faith--whether it be through a conversation with somebody or showing a sign like “Jesus saves” and how effective it is!

On our last few podcasts, we’ve been visiting with the vibrant Miss Lillie Knauls, known for singing on the hit, “Oh Happy Day,” and the Gaither Homecoming TV programs, videos, and tours! In our concluding talk with her, she shares about how she followed God’s will for her life, how she keeps going, her ministry to singles, and more!

As we enter a new year, we’re continuing our visit with Lillie Knauls, who’s known for her performances as a member of the Gaither Homecoming Friends and as a singer on the #1 hit song, “Oh Happy Day.” She explains how she came to sing in many of the most prestigious venues throughout the world!

This is Christmas week and to help us celebrate, giving thanks and praise to God, is Dove award recipient Lillie Knauls! The effervescent Miss Lillie (smile, hat, and all) shares about what’s truly important at Christmas, in word & song! And what a treat – she was a regular singer featured on the Bill & Gloria Gaither Homecoming series!

“Oh Happy Day!” is a gospel song by the Edwin Hawkins Singers that made it to the top of the charts during the late 60's and early 70's worldwide! Lillie Knauls, who is our guest, was one of those singers, who herself has been used mightily by the Lord! Miss Lillie, as many know her, with her radiant smile and festive hats, was also a singer featured on the Bill & Gloria Gaither Homecoming television program, videos, and tours.

Our guest is a regular visitor with us on various biblical matters. He’s Bible teacher and pastor, Joe Jacowitz, the president of FirstLove Ministries and the pastor of Christ Bible Church in Pleasanton, CA. Our topic is exploring a term that’s widely used by Christians, but a foreign concept to the secular hearer, and even some church-goers! It’s the term, “Born Again!”

In our concluding visit with artist Deborah Samia, she compares the joys and difficulties of working together to working alone. She also discusses  developing and using one’s God-given gifts; and then, whether we get the credit or let the results go!
