Change is constant. We must always change, renew, and rejuvenate ourselves. Our lives consist of cycles, where aspects of ourselves are being born or dying in order for our soul to evolve and expand higher and higher. Sometimes we have to RE-Equip our lives! We must take time and inventory the tools in our toolbox. It's not solely for our own benefit but for the benefit of others that come across our paths. A good toolbox will improve the way we work but a great toolbox will improve the way we work and the way we think. You're only as strong as the tools that you choose to place in your toolbox so choose your tools wisely and carefully.

It's the most wonderful time of the year. I know that title seems like an odd thing to say. For most, this holiday season will be very different from year's past but let's identify the things that we can point too that makes this time the most wonderful time of the year. 

The Pandemic has taken its toll. Millions of people have lost their jobs, homes and love ones. The upcoming holiday season will be different than the merry and jolly that typical denotes the end of the year. That's exactly why this year it's important to give back and show love during the holidays to people who need extra support, love and care.
