Today we celebrate our first baptisms at ConnectUs Church! God can fill us instead of all the other things that we allow to fill our hearts and minds.

Life Hacks kicks off with a bang (of gender reveal balloons) and a "choose your own adventure" style sermon. Some things are just better than others. Today is all about "better announcements." Getting ready for Baptism Sunday next week.

You don’t have to be far away from God. God invites you to be close. He has done everything needed to have a relationship with you. He’s with you. He’s right there when you turn to Him. Will you turn to Him and listen to His whisper?

 God is 100% perfect and 100% set apart. He is holy. He is transcendent. He is not safe. He’s so big and we are so small. No human can be in his presence. What can be done about that?

The Power of Presence. God is in all places at all times. There is nowhere you can go that God can’t meet you right there and be everything that you need. To live in God’s presence is worship. It compels us to go with God’s presence on mission.

What does it mean to know stuff? God is all-knowing. He knows you and me and everything. When we don’t know we can find peace that He does. Do you know God?
