On this week's episode of the Dad Hat Chronicles, I had the absolute pleasure to have a great conversation with Conor Caloia of both Forward Madison FC in the USL League 1 and the Madison Mallards of the Northwoods League. We talked about the club and how it came about as well as the origin of the name and crest. Finally, we discussed how we both agree that relegation is a great way to promote the fairness and prevent teams from "tanking". this was a lot of fun and I want to thank Conor for taking some time from his busy schedule to come on the podcast.
