Lt: Rūta, Mantas ir Eglė išėjo į snieguotą kelią.
En: Rūta, Mantas, and Eglė stepped onto the snowy road.

Lt: Vėjas pustė sniegą į veidus, o dangus niaukėsi.
En: The wind was blowing snow into their faces, and the sky was cloudy.

Lt: Jie buvo pakeliui į Kuršių neriją, norėjo pamatyti garsiuosius smėlio kopas ir Parnidžio kopos saulės laikrodį.
En: They were on their way to the Curonian Spit, eager to see the famous sand dunes and the Parnidis dune sundial.

Lt: Žiema buvo šaltoka, bet Rūta jautė šįkart didesnį potraukį nuotykiams.
En: Winter was quite cold, but Rūta felt a stronger longing for adventure this time.

Lt: "Gal būkime atsargūs," ištarė Mantas, vairuodamas mašiną.

Lt: "Rūtą jaudino kelionė.

Lt: Ji norėjo daugiau sužinoti apie savo lietuviškas šaknis.

Lt: Žiūrėdama pro langą, matė baltai apsipylusias medžius ir jausdama pasididžiavimą Lietuva.

Lt: Kai jie pasiekė Kuršių neriją, sniegas tapo dar tirštesnis, o vėjas stiprėjo.

Lt: Mantas šiek tiek lėtino tempą, bet Rūta nekantravo pasiekti tą vietą.
