Happy quarantine!  What odd times these are, aye?

I am PUMPED to be putting this episode out right now, because I feel that we all need to hear about something other than worldly pandemics, but also because Cora Boyd is a mutha fuggin' boss lady, who Planet Earth needs very badly.  She is a dating and relationship coach, based in Seattle, and I found her on Youtube.  The Cut brought her on to match 10 people into the five couples they were.  She guessed them all right and it went viral.  You can find that video here.  (or search "The Cut Cora Boyd" on Google)

We have all been there, in the struggles of learning how to co-exist in a partnership, and right when it begins to feel like too much, Cora is there to blow our minds and save the day with her coaching magic.

Hey CC friends.  Yes, it has been almost 2 months since I posted an episode.  And holy wow, I missed it.  Had a little drama with my mics (at the same exact time) ... but hey!  We all good now.

I have a few seriously exciting interviews lined up, so for now, I thought I would put out another mini episode.  I love these mini episodes.  Because they're not soooooo long.  Who doesn't have ten minutes to absorb some inspiration about our consciousness and the cosmos?

This one is on manifestation.  I was a bit hesitant here, just because 1) I am not God, and cannot tell you how the Universe works, and 2) everybody and their mother is talking about manifestation on their platforms.  But I also acknowledge that there is not a ton of information on how neuroscience is related to manifestation.

So here we are.  Chatting about the trail system of our minds, and the mind-body connection of manifestation.

Heya homies!  I was feeling inspired today to create a mini episode on authenticity.  The concept of authenticity has been dominating my mental headspace for some time now.  Most all of us take part in the merry-go-round of social media, and we all know the all too familiar feeling of chasing validation.  If you have less than ten minutes, and have been feeling lost in the sea of comparison, this one is for you.  I got you.

This was such a fun interview ... as this is such a fun person!  I grew up in Breckenridge, Colorado, where people live and breathe skiing.  What a life, huh?  Anyway, one of the most popular ski brands growing up was Icelantic.  Fast forward a decade or so, and I find myself sitting in front of their creator, Ben Anderson.  And can I say, this dude is the actual sh**.  Really.  Like the kind of person you just always want to be around all the time.  His energy and outlook on life are contagious.  I am truly so honored to call him a friend.  One of his mantra's is ... if you give it your all (your actual all) you cannot fail.  And I freaking loved that.  So give this a listen, and apply it to whatever you've been daydreaming about.  Just freaking do it with every ounce of your soul.  Thanks for the advice, Ben.

Hello Conscious Collective Fam!

This was my first ever interview with one of my favorite ever people, Jenna Strubhar.  When I moved to Maui she was one of the first people I met.  And I swear, knowing she was on this little Island with me made me feel safe and at home.  That, to her core, is who she is.  She takes care of everyone and everything around her, including this Mother we all live on (Earth).  She explains her process in going plant-based, creating a more sustainable/zero-waste approach, and a little on parenting her two kiddos (which are the two cutest children you will actually ever meet).

Hello people of the planet!

Here we are, in this little nook of the internet.  I have dreamt of starting a podcast for ... too long.  Literally just too long.  I'm really working on that "procrastination from fear of failure" bit in my life.  But that's okay because we here!  Welcome, and thank you for being here!

This podcast is all about consciousness.  Everything consciousness.  What that currently looks like for me is environmental sustainability, holistic wellness, spirituality and everything woo woo.  I am so excited to see how it unravels and what comes from it, as I am sure I will continue to meet and interview other amazing humans.  The entire intention here is grow together.  For all of us to open our minds and our hearts and for us to just relax into the idea that we all have something to teach each other.  And to take those bits and pieces and grow into the best versions of ourselves so we can help build the best version of this world.  So, thank you for opening up.  That's the biggest thing we can do for ourselves and for each other right now.  Is just to open up.  Let's do dis.
