Jeff’s January felt a little heavier than usual. Between juggling family duties and being short-staffed at work, he found himself dancing a little too close to the flames of chaos and found himself living a little unconscious. But, life is all about polarity and with chaos comes clarity.

In our recent men's circle, we delved into the light and shadow sides of animal archetypes, a fascinating journey in self-discovery. This is a great self-development tool and helps bring awareness to those blinds spots.  

As always, our conversation segues from one topic to the next. Jeff shared some invaluable lessons learned from the business trenches of 2021. We discuss the responsibility we all have in being open and transparent with our communication and how our expectations of others in our conversations can effect the outcomes.
