A former high school French teacher, Shae recently moved to LA from Boston this past summer. Around this time last year she had just moved in with her then-boyfriend, started working at a new school, and was basically having "everything looked good on paper" moment. It actually turned out to be one of worst school years ever, capped off with a big breakup...which prompted her move to LA in search of a nice fresh start! One day during the quarantine, Shae was inspired to make a list of all the self-help things she had learned that had been helpful in this process. Shae then worked with a coach who helped her become more confident in turning these tools into an amazing group program, and thus was born The Self-Love Challenge!
