Sometimes the smallest things are the biggest things to be grateful for. After losing my sense of taste and smell I had a moment of gratitude for the so-called small things that are overlooked in life. In this episode we unpack the idea of being grateful for everything in life, even the things that feel normal.

After a short break we are back with another episode of Conscious Creatives. Having had time to think about things, it became clear that the beauty of life and the world is made up of our differences in perspectives. Sometimes we put so much pressure on ourselves to think like other people or see things like they do but that is not how things go. Let's unpack this.

The misrepresentation of Black people in mainstream media has often been the hot topic of debate for many years. In this episode we take a look at the role of Black creatives in this space and question if we are supplementing this misrepresentation now that we have the platforms or if we are changing the narrative and taking charge of our stories.
Knowledge is your greatest commodity. Stay Conscious!!
In life we often struggle to get to terms with the fact that we are good enough to be successful and influential in our environments. We often feel like we are not worthy enough for certain things, this is also called "Imposter Syndrome". In this episode we talk about this concept and how it is sometimes the only obstacle standing in front of you as in individual/creative.
Stay Conscious!!
Sometimes we get consumed by the outside noise so much that we lose ourselves. This episode is a moment of reflection for every creative to remember the main reason why we started expressing ourselves through art and to channel that energy in times when we feel like we aren't worth the privilege of being able to create.
