In the episode earlier this week I mentioned silent instructions and how they can influence our creative structure...   

So I thought I would delve into it a little more in this session....  

The first thing you need to understand is...   

All aspects of ourselves are always listening.  

So because of this, we need to be aware of the silent commands we're giving ourselves based on what we're doing!  

Here's an example: I need to do this meditation to try and fix 'this' aspect of myself before I can have what I want.  

But what is the silent instruction in that? What are you telling yourself?  

You're telling yourself you're broken and that you won't get what you want until that aspect is fixed...  

But it never will be because looking for things that need fixing makes you feel safe...  

Whereas, in reality...  

You can have it all now. You just have to choose it...   And focus on it... and move towards it...  

Instead of what you feel you have to fix...  

So... can you think of some silent instructions that you're telling yourself?

Have you noticed this un-written rule in society?... 'The future must be better than the now'...  

Yes? Or No? 

 If you answered 'Yes' to this... the next thing I want to ask you is..  

What is the invisible instruction that comes with the belief that 'The future must be better than the now?'   

And what does that say about the now?   

You see, the invisible instruction will always be heard by the parts of you that create the structures that shape your life...  

The invisible instruction of 'the future ALWAYS has to be better than the now'... Means you'll never have that which you seek to create for very long.    

You'll create it, you'll have it for a moment... but then you'll find a way to lose it.  

Because the now, is never enough.  

But what if we decided the 'now' was enough... what if you decided the 'now' has everything you need...  

What if you adopted 'the now is enough' structure?   

Well... that's the secret to predictably creating what you love.

I know I have discussed my morning ritual before... Many times actually.   

But sometimes we need a gentle reminder of why it is essential to actually take a moment to make sure we are focused on the right thing...   

That right thing being our true choices or what we want to create.  

It is so easy to fall into the trap of focusing on everything that is wrong... 

I'm sure, if I asked you right now, you'd be able to name at least 5 things you want to fix in your life.  

But as you'd know by now, having a 'fixing' mentality means you'll only continue to create more problems for yourself to fix!  

 It's truly a fascinating cycle.... but also a destructive one.   

The beauty of this Morning Ritual is that it gets you into a focused creative headspace at the very start of your day...  

 And having a focused creative headspace is my secret to success.

Everything is a structure...  

We are, as physical beings, a structure ... 

Our beliefs are structures... 

Our actions are influenced by a structure... 

How we interact with those around us is influenced by a structure... 

How we react to their interaction is influenced by structure...  

Everything is a structure or influenced by a structure.  

Now, here's what is fascinating...   A structure is an entity made up of different parts working together.   

And here's what is really cool...   

The thing that holds the elements together to create the structure is TENSION!  But why is this cool??  

Well... it's this tension that can move us toward our desires....  

But sometimes there can be disequilibrium in a tension structure...  And this disequilibrium in the tension is what can stop us from achieving our dreams...  

So, here's my question to you - What structure do you create from?  

And does the tension within this structure pull you towards your end result?

I know I talk a lot about creation... 

But here's why...  

I believe it is the most important thing we need to understand.   

We are creative beings.  

We create.

 Everything in our current reality is a manifestation of a choice we chose to create.   

Intentionally... unintentionally... purposefully ...  accidentally   

It doesn't matter. We are always creating and our creations manifest in our current reality.  

So... that is why I believe it is so important to talk about creation and how to become a conscious creator.  

In this session I cover some of the principles that are involved in becoming a powerful conscious creator.   

These principles will help you understand the processes involved in actively choosing what you want to create and how to turn these choices into something real.   

Because imagine for a moment you actually had the life of your dreams.   

Maybe that life is just one true choice away...

We are constantly trying to work out how the world is...

Our understanding of the world is coded up between the ages of 0 and 4 with an unconscious agenda to help us regain what we feel we have lost.   And it's this unconscious agenda that keeps us in a dysfunctional orientation (Unconscious Identity)...

Do any of them feel familiar? Maybe more than one?

And because the choices are made to solve a problem... we'll never get to achieve or experience the solving of that problem.... 

Because we always need the problem there to validate the choice.  

There is a HUGE difference between having a choice that solves a problem and having a choice based in creating something just because you can...   

But there is a secret to creating...   You need to BE it to SEE it...
