Jo completed an Executive MBA at Cass Business School in 2001, where his thesis was: ‘Management in the 21st Century; An argument for People Centred Strategies.’ A conscious leadership thesis in my view!

He is now joint Managing Partner at Good Karma Media, a data driven marketing consultancy, which helps purpose-led brands to improve their marketing and grow their business, so that they can make a bigger social and commercial impact. 

They currently provide marketing services, strategy and communications consultancy services to Blue Chip and smaller clients, charities and social enterprises.
