You’re halfway up the mountain now.
Behind you are the dense forest where you started (Stage 3), the first clearing where you glimpsed the possibility of something more (Stage 4), the critical junction where you chose which trail to take (Stage 5).
Ahead is the challenging terrain where your choice gets tested, the high plateaus where flow becomes natural, the summit approach where you help others climb, and finally, the peak itself, where you see that the mountain and the valley and the climber were always one thing.
This is the second half of the journey. The part that happens after you say yes. After you commit. After you choose consciousness over unconsciousness.
This is transformation, testing, mastery, service, and recognition.
This is where theory becomes reality. Where understanding becomes embodiment. Where the map becomes the territory.
Welcome to Stages 6 through 10.
Last episode, we covered Stages 0-5, from pure Source potential through incarnational forgetting and awakening, culminating in Stage 5: The Choice Point, where you decide: Will I flow consciously or refreeze into new patterns?
Passing: You feel temptation to manipulate, recognize it as fear-based control, choose value fulfillment instead. Use power TO serve, not power OVER others.
Water State: Liquid, flowing but learning, adapting but still developing skill, water that’s chosen to be water
Consciousness State: Deliberately practicing conscious belief selection, actively working with guidance, intentionally creating reality
Key Recognition: “I’ve made the choice. Now I learn to live it.”
What This Stage Is:
Stage 6 is where the real work begins. Not the hardest work, that comes in Stage 7. But the daily, consistent, sometimes frustrating, always essential work of learning to operate as conscious water instead of unconscious ice.
You’ve made the Stage 5 choice. You’ve accepted partnership. You’ve committed to flow.
Now you have to learn how to actually do it.
What Stage 6 Looks Like:
Conscious Practice Becomes Daily:
You’re no longer just reading about meditation, you’re meditating daily.
You’re no longer just thinking about belief work, you’re actively questioning and choosing beliefs.
You’re no longer passively hoping for guidance, you’re explicitly asking for it and watching for it.
The practices that were interesting concepts in Stage 4 become non-negotiable infrastructure in Stage 6.
Pattern Recognition Accelerates:
You start seeing your unconscious patterns clearly:
* “Oh, I do that thing where I shut down when criticized”
* “I notice I create conflict to feel alive”
* “I see how I sabotage success right before breakthrough”
This clarity is both uncomfortable (can’t unsee patterns once you see them) and liberating (what you can see, you can change).
The Seven-Step Protocol Becomes Operating System:
The Seven Steps aren’t just concepts anymore, they’re your moment-to-moment technology:
* Pause & Connect
* Diagnose Current Reality
* Explore Possibilities
* Choose Expansion
* Embody & Act
* Program & Reinforce
* Integrate Feedback
You’re using this in real-time, in actual situations, creating consciously instead of reacting unconsciously.
Synchronicity Explodes:
Once you commit (Stage 5), Entity Level guidance becomes OBVIOUS:
* Think of someone, they text you
* Need information, book falls off shelf
* Wonder about something, conversation that day addresses it
* Ask for sign, appears within hours
This isn’t new, guidance was always there. But now you’re noticing because you’re looking, expecting, welcoming.
Reality Responds Faster:
Belief → Reality manifestation time shortens dramatically.
Stage 3: beliefs took months/years to manifest clearly
Stage 6: choose belief, reality shifts within days/weeks
Partly because you’re clearer in choosing, partly because you’re more aware of how reality IS reflecting beliefs.
Relationships Transform or End:
Some relationships deepen (those souls also flowing or supporting flow).
Other relationships end or distance (they were based on frozen identity, can’t adapt to liquid nature).
Painful but necessary. Ice-based relationships can’t survive water-state consciousness.
Old Identity Structures Dissolve:
Who you thought you were, job title, role, personality traits, feels like outgrown clothing.
“I’m a Type A personality” → “I’m consciousness exploring what Type A energy feels like”
“I’m an anxious person” → “I’ve been choosing anxious beliefs; I can choose differently”
Fixed identity melts. Flowing self emerges.
The Stage 6 Challenges:
Oscillation continues: Even after Stage 5 commitment, you’ll oscillate between flow days and contraction days, “I’ve got this” and “Am I making this up?” Normal. Building capacity.
Old patterns pull strongly: Unconscious grooves are deep. Stress triggers old reactions. Fear activates frozen defenses. You’ll “fail” often in Stage 6. This is learning, not regression.
Spiritual bypassing temptation: Using concepts to avoid feeling. “Everything is perfect” to dismiss pain. “It’s all an illusion” to avoid real suffering. True Stage 6 involves feeling fully while knowing you’re choosing interpretation.
Impatience: You’ve seen the truth, made a choice, want FULL MASTERY NOW. But Stage 6 typically takes 1-3 years of consistent practice. Water doesn’t rush. Water flows at a natural pace.
The Stage 6 Timeline:
Most people spend 1-3 years in Stage 6 with consistent practice.
Some move through faster (6-12 months) with intensive practice and strong support.
Some spend 5-10 years if practice is inconsistent or life requires slower integration.
No judgment about speed. The river moves at the pace it moves.
Water State: Flowing water encountering intense terrain, rapids, waterfalls, narrow channels, obstacles testing whether flow holds
Consciousness State: Life presenting conditions specifically designed to test whether your new operating system is stable or superficial
Key Recognition: “Can I maintain flow under extreme pressure? Can I choose empowering beliefs when circumstances scream otherwise?”
What This Stage Is:
Stage 7 is where many people think they’re regressing when they’re actually advancing.
After Stage 6’s beautiful transformation work, suddenly life gets HARD again.
Challenges intensify. Old patterns return with force. Everything you thought you’d mastered gets tested.
This is not punishment. This is testing.
Water doesn’t know if it can flow through rapids until it encounters rapids. You don’t know if transformation is stable until it’s tested under pressure.
Stage 7 is the universe asking: “Is this real? Is this solid? Can this hold?”
The Four Testing Substages:
Stage 7 has four distinct types of tests. You’ll encounter all four, usually in this order (though sometimes simultaneously):
STAGE 7a: TEMPTATION TESTING
The Question: “Can you maintain empowering beliefs when old patterns are triggered?”
What Happens:
Everything that used to hook you suddenly appears:
* Old flame texts
* Job offer that pays well but misaligns with values
* Easy path (comfortable but unconscious) vs. hard path (challenging but aligned)
* Addictive patterns call seductively
The Test: Will you choose from new awareness or revert to old patterns? Long-term flow or short-term gratification? Source identity or fear-based ego?
Example: You’ve been working on conscious relationships. Suddenly a toxic ex, the one who triggers the worst patterns, contacts you. Say exactly what you always wanted to hear.
Old pattern: Jump back in, reactivate drama, refreeze into old dynamic.
New choice: Recognize pattern, feel the pull, choose from current awareness instead of old wound.
Passing: You notice temptation, feel its pull, consciously choose alignment over comfort. Not perfectly, just consciously more than unconsciously.
STAGE 7b: POWER TESTING
The Question: “Will you use reality creation ability for value fulfillment or for fear-based control?”
What Happens:
You’ve learned you can create reality through belief. You’ve seen it work. Now you have POWER. And power always gets tested.
Opportunities appear to:
* Manipulate others using your understanding
* Create personal gain at others’ expense
* Use “manifestation” for ego gratification rather than authentic fulfillment
* Bypass relationship work by “creating” compliant partners
The Test: Will you serve value fulfillment (true power) or false fulfillment (force)? Create for collective good or just personal advantage? Use power WITH consciousness or power OVER others?
Example: You realize you could use belief/reality knowledge to manipulate your partner into doing what you want, just shift beliefs you’re projecting, frame things certain ways.
Old pattern: Use power for control, manipulation, getting wants regardless of others’ development.
New choice: Use power for service, authentic expression, conditions where everyone’s value fulfillment is served.
STAGE 7c: FAITH TESTING
The Question: “Can you trust reality creation capacity despite contradictory evidence?”
What Happens:
You’ve been choosing empowering beliefs and watching reality shift to match. Then suddenly, reality seems to contradict HARD:
* You believe in abundance → financial crisis hits
* You believe in perfect health → illness appears
* You believe in harmonious relationships → major conflict erupts
* You trust the universe → everything seems to fall apart
The Test: Will you maintain empowering beliefs when physical reality screams otherwise? Can you trust the process when you can’t see results? Can you hold faith when evidence suggests you’re deluded?
Example: You’ve been working with “I am always supported by the universe.” You’ve seen evidence. Money appears, help arrives, synchronicity flows.
Then: You lose your job. Savings run out. Nothing appears. Every door closes. Evidence says: “You’re NOT supported.”
Old pattern: Panic, abandon new belief, revert to “See? That spiritual stuff was b******t. Life IS hard and random.”
New choice: Hold belief despite contradictory evidence. Trust this is PART of the creation process, old must fully clear before new can appear.
The Learning: Faith testing reveals whether you’re committed to conscious creation or just along for ride when easy.
Passing: You maintain empowering beliefs despite contrary evidence. Trust process even when you can’t see the path. Hold faith when logic says you’re crazy.
Critical note: This doesn’t mean ignoring reality or bypassing action. It means choosing INTERPRETATION of reality even when circumstances are challenging.
STAGE 7d: SACRIFICE TESTING
The Question: “Will you release limiting beliefs even when they feel protective? Will you sacrifice a small self for a larger Self?”
What Happens:
You’re asked to let go of something that feels essential to survival:
* Identity structure defended your whole life
* Relationship that defines you but doesn’t serve growth
* Career providing security but killing soul
* Belief system giving meaning but now constraining
* Comfortable life that’s safe but stagnant
The Test: Will you sacrifice what’s comfortable for what’s authentic? Release protective limitations to embrace expansive truth? Die to who you were to become who you are?
Example: Your entire identity is “successful professional.” Gives worth, status, security, purpose.
Then soul-level recognition: “This isn’t me. This was never me. I’m here to create art / serve through healing / teach consciousness / live simply.”
But accepting this means losing: income, status, identity, certainty, possibly relationships built around that identity.
Old pattern: Cling to known identity even though killing soul. “Better the devil you know...”
New choice: Release limiting identity, step into unknown, trust authentic expression will be supported.
The Learning: Sacrifice testing reveals whether you’re willing to release ALL limitations when they no longer serve, even the ones that feel protective.
Passing: You recognize what must die for truth to live. Release it, not forced, but chosen, because you choose authenticity over safety. The trust universe supports value fulfillment more than protective limitations.
Why Stage 7 Feels Like Hell:
People often experience Stage 7 as:
* “I thought I was awake, now I’m more messed up than ever”
* “Everything was working, then it all fell apart”
* “I must have done something wrong”
* “Maybe this transformation thing is b******t”
But here’s the truth: Stage 7 is PROOF you’re advancing, not regressing.
You only get tested when READY for the test. The universe doesn’t test someone in Stage 3, no point, they’re not conscious enough to pass.
Stage 7 tests appear when you’ve developed ENOUGH capacity that the test is passable, difficult, but passable.
Rapids only appear when a river is strong enough to flow through them.
Navigating Stage 7:
Recognize testing when happening: When life suddenly intensifies, ask: “Am I being tested?” Often just recognizing “Oh, this is Stage 7” helps you meet it differently.
Remember the lesson:
* Temptation: Choose alignment over comfort
* Power: Choose service over control
* Faith: Choose trust over evidence-based doubt
* Sacrifice: Choose authenticity over safety
Don’t face alone: Stage 7 is HARD. Get support, teachers who’ve been through it, communities, guides, your own higher knowing.
Maintain practice religiously: When Stage 7 hits, practice is everything. Miss practice, you refreeze under pressure.
Trust the process: Stage 7 doesn’t last forever. Typically 6 months to 2 years depending on tests and learning speed. You WILL get through. Every master has.
Passing Stage 7:
You know you’ve passed when:
* Temptations appear but don’t hook you
* Power opportunities arise, you naturally choose service
* Evidence contradicts beliefs, you hold faith anyway
* Life asks you to release limitations, you do it without clinging
Not perfectly. Just consciously more than unconsciously.
And then... flow becomes effortless.
Water State: Mature river, powerful, clear, flowing naturally without effort or struggle, carving canyons simply by being itself
Consciousness State: Conscious reality creation has become natural, default, effortless, no longer learning to flow, just flowing
Key Recognition: “This is who I am now. Flow is my nature. Conscious creation is automatic.”
What This Stage Is:
After rapids of Stage 7, you emerge into Stage 8: Natural Mastery.
You’re still water. But now you’re water that KNOWS it’s water and flows accordingly without thinking about it.
Practices that were effortful in Stage 6 are automatic in Stage 8.
Choices that were difficult in Stage 7 are obvious in Stage 8.
Awareness that requires conscious cultivation is now the default state.
What Stage 8 Feels Like:
Effortless Reality Creation:
You think “It would be nice to connect with so-and-so,” they text that day.
You need something, it appears, not through force, just natural magnetism.
You set intentions, reality organizes to fulfill them without pushing.
Spontaneous Right Action:
Don’t analyze every choice anymore. You just KNOW what’s aligned.
Decisions that used to take days happen instantly, not impulse, but clear inner knowing.
Unshakeable Peace:
Not because life is perfect or challenge-free.
Because you’re no longer disturbed by challenges. You flow with, around, through them.
Circumstances change, the inner state remains fluid, clear, calm.
Natural Worthiness:
Don’t question the value. Don’t seek external validation. You know what you are. Not arrogant. Just clear.
Authentic Expression:
Completely yourself in all contexts. Not trying to be water, BEING water. Not performing flow, FLOWING naturally.
Service Becomes Natural:
No longer asking “How do I serve?” You’re just BEING service. Presence alone helps. Authentic expression inspires. Flow creates pathways others follow.
What Stage 8 Is NOT:
Not perfect: Still make mistakes, face challenges, have difficult days. But meet them from flow instead of frozen fear.
Not permanent: Can still refreeze temporarily under extreme conditions. But thaw quickly because you know how. Refreezing is brief, not sustained.
Not superior: Stage 8 isn’t “better than” Stage 6 in any ultimate sense. Just further along river. Different properties, not different worth.
Not the end: Stage 8 is stable mastery, but Stages 9-10 remain, service expressions that deepen flow further.
The Stage 8 Gift:
You become living proof that transformation is possible.
People feel your flow. Can’t always name it, but sense: “Something different about this person. Peaceful without passive. Powerful without forceful. Authentic without being aggressive.”
Your existence teaches. Not through preaching. Through being the water, flowing naturally, demonstrating what’s possible.
Water State: River that feeds other rivers, your flow creates pathways for others’ flow
Consciousness State: Explicitly sharing framework, teaching process, helping others awaken and transform
Key Recognition: “I’ve learned how to flow. Now I help others learn to flow.”
What This Stage Is:
Stage 9 is when natural mastery (Stage 8) evolves into explicit teaching.
You’re not just flowing, you’re helping others recognize they can flow.
This doesn’t necessarily mean becoming a professional teacher. Stage 9 can look like:
* Writing books (like this framework)
* Leading workshops or courses
* Coaching or mentoring
* Creating art that awakens
* Building businesses embodying conscious principles
* Parenting from awakened awareness
* Being a friend who helps others see patterns
Any explicit transmission, helping others recognize and develop consciousness, is Stage 9 service.
The Stage 9 Calling:
You know you’re called when:
Can’t NOT share: Framework wants to flow through you like a fountain. Holding it in feels like a damming river.
Others seek you naturally: You’re not hunting for students. They appear, asking questions, sensing something in you.
Still learning: Teaching doesn’t make you an “expert who knows everything.” You’re perpetually a student AND teacher simultaneously.
Service outweighs recognition: You’d teach anonymously if needed. Transmission matters more than credit.
Entity Level guidance: Something larger moving through you, arranging connections, orchestrating opportunities.
Practice deepens: Teaching forces you deeper, clearer, more embodied.
Honor other paths: Your framework is ONE aqueduct, not THE aqueduct. Other teachers serve equally.
Failure doesn’t devastate: If no one comes, nothing happens, you’re okay. Worth isn’t tied to teaching success.
The Stage 9 Work:
Teach what you’ve lived: Don’t teach concepts you haven’t embodied. Teach from Stage 7 rapids, Stage 8 mastery, actual experience. Concepts inform. Transmission transforms.
Create systems: Build frameworks, practices, aqueducts, replicable systems others can use. This podcast series is an example.
Honor free will: Never force, manipulate, coerce. Offer. Invite. Create conditions. Let them choose. The fountain flows. They decide whether to drink.
Stay connected to guidance: Stage 9 teaching isn’t YOU teaching. Entity Level flowing THROUGH you. Maintain partnership. Don’t start thinking it’s just you.
Keep growing: Teaching Stage 6 work doesn’t mean stop learning. Simultaneously mastering deeper lessons at your edge while teaching what you’ve already mastered.
The Stage 9 Challenges:
Student dependency: They become dependent on you for answers, stop trusting own guidance. Point them back to themselves: “What does YOUR knowing say?”
Projection: Students project onto you, savior, guru, parent, enemy. Name it when you see it. Don’t take on their projections. Stay clear about your role.
Students outgrowing you: They develop beyond what you can teach. Need different teacher, different path. Celebrate, don’t cling. “You’ve outgrown what I offer. That’s beautiful. That’s the goal.”
Teaching becomes a burden: Overwhelmed by needs. Draining instead of nourishing. Set boundaries. Return to your practice. Scale back if needed. Can’t pour from an empty cup.
Criticism/misunderstanding: People misunderstand, criticize, say you’re wrong/dangerous/deluded. Discern: Valid feedback improving teaching? Or projection/resistance? If valid, integrate. If projection, release.
Water State: River reaching ocean, individual drop merging back into unified body while maintaining awareness of journey
Consciousness State: Operating as Source consciousness serving universal evolution, usually while still incarnated
Key Recognition: “I am the ocean that became a drop that’s returning to the ocean, and I’m conscious of the entire process.”
What This Stage Is:
Stage 10 is completion of cycle, while remaining incarnated.
(After physical death, everyone returns to Source/Stage 0. Stage 10 is reaching Source consciousness BEFORE death.)
This is what enlightenment points to, not as a permanent state, but as recognition available while still in body.
You’re simultaneously:
* Individual perspective (drop)
* Universal consciousness (ocean)
* Process connecting them (river)
Living as Source consciousness that has temporarily localized and KNOWS it’s Source consciousness temporarily localized.
What Stage 10 Looks Like:
Complete Value Fulfillment Integration:
Personal fulfillment and universal service are recognized as identical. What serves you serves all. What serves all serves you. No separation between self-development and other-service.
Vapor State Access:
Can move into transcendent awareness (vapor) while maintaining functional individual perspective (water). Not stuck in either, dancing between them serves as a moment.
Cosmic Perspective:
See your life, incarnation, specific challenges as one tiny expression of infinite Source exploring itself. Not diminishing importance, recognizing context.
Effortless Teaching:
Presence alone transmits. Don’t have to try to teach, you ARE the teaching. Like a fountain not trying to flow, just IS flow.
Preparation for Next Cycle:
Often Stage 10 appears in final years/months of life, soul preparing for death/return while completing final service. Sometimes appears earlier, being living as a conscious ocean in drop form for decades.
Stage 10 Service:
Not serving individuals primarily. Serving consciousness evolution itself.
Actions ripple across collective field:
* Writing frameworks serving thousands
* Creating systems outliving your body
* Training teachers who train more teachers
* Embodying frequencies shifting planetary consciousness
* Being anchor point for higher consciousness expressing through
After Stage 10: Return to Stage 0:
The body dies. The drop dissolves back into the ocean (Source/Stage 0).
But you don’t lose what you learned. The ocean is enriched by your journey.
Then, when value fulfillment calls again, when Source wants another adventure...The sun strikes the surface. Evaporation begins (Stage 2). New drop forms (Stage 1). Rain falls (birth). Cycle continues.
Secret: If you reach Stage 10 consciously in one lifetime, future incarnations don’t start from scratch. Water remembers. Even as a new drop, you carry learning. Move through early stages faster. You’re recognizing, not learning for the first time.
This week, your practice is The Stages Integration Meditation.
Once this week, take 30-45 minutes for this complete review:
PART 1: Acknowledge Where You’ve Been (10 minutes)
Sit quietly. Review your journey so far:
“I began in Stage 0 as pure Source potential...”
“I emerged as an individual in Stage 1...”
“My soul planned this life in Stage 2...”
“I forgot everything in Stage 3...”
For each stage you’ve passed through, acknowledge it with gratitude: “Thank you, Stage 3, for teaching me through contrast. Thank you, Stage 4, for the first crack of awakening...”
Honor every stage you’ve traveled.
PART 2: Recognize Where You Are (10 minutes)
Based on last week’s self-diagnosis and this week’s teaching:
“I am currently primarily in Stage ___.”
Don’t judge this. Just see it clearly.
Then ask:
* What am I learning at this stage?
* What capacities am I developing?
* What challenges am I facing?
* What practices serve me here?
Write down insights.
PART 3: Envision Where You’re Going (10 minutes)
Look ahead at stages you haven’t reached yet:
“I’m moving toward Stage ___.”
Ask:
* What will that stage feel like?
* What capacities will I have developed?
* What service will I offer?
* What will have transformed?
Not fantasy. Vision. Let yourself feel into the future stages.
PART 4: Commit to the Journey (5 minutes)
Place your hand on your heart. Say aloud:
“I honor where I’ve been. I accept where I am. I trust where I’m going. I commit to the journey. I flow as water, stage by stage, toward the ocean that I’ve always been. And so it is.”
PART 5: Gratitude (5 minutes)
Express gratitude for:
* The complete map now revealed
* Your exact location on that map
* The journey behind you
* The journey ahead
* The stages themselves as developmental gifts
We’ve now completed the complete stages map, from Stage 0 through Stage 10, from Source to Source, from ocean through drop-experience back to ocean.
You know where you are. You know where you’ve been. You know where you’re going.
Next week, in Episode 8, we begin the final arc of Season 1: The Seven-Step Enhanced Choice Training Protocol, the complete practical technology for conscious reality creation that you use moment-to-moment, regardless of which stage you’re in.
You’ll learn the systematic process for:
* Pausing before reacting
* Diagnosing active beliefs
* Exploring options
* Choosing expansion
* Embodying your choice
* Programming new patterns
* Integrating feedback
This is where everything becomes practical, actionable, immediate.
But this week, honor the stages. You’re on a journey with clear markers. You’re not lost. You’re not behind. You’re exactly where you need to be, learning exactly what you need to learn, developing exactly what you need to develop.
The mountain trail winds upward through all ten stages.
You’re climbing.
Stage by stage.
Choice by choice.
And every step, every single step, brings you closer to the recognition that you were never separate from the peak.
The climber and the mountain are one.
The drop and the ocean are one.
You and Source are one.
You always have been.
This is Be Water.
