Sometimes it can feel a little confronting learning about magic, self care or indulgent rituals from someone who seems to have always had that figured out?? It can almost feel a bit :( to admit, that just isn't something we've ever really established a relationship with. 

I've been in my dating phase with incorporating indulgence, spirituality and magic🪄

Honestly, it's blown me away and created a forever available sacred space within me, provided comfort, joy, play and a different type of fuel for strength within my boldness outside it! When for a long time, I didn't know where to even start!

When 'self care' can be made to sound vapid and often a little disposable, I hope you're able to take a lot from this 🫶🏻

Try this when you next make a decision. Let's change some lives here.

DECISIONS - they fuck us up, keep us stagnant or propel us forwards.

If we/you/I rely on information, strategy, the mind, logic to make decisions ONLY...

And don't involve the body - because basically no one's taught how our mind and body ACTUALLY work (to our power and advantage) (our body is actually our traffic light navigation system!) we get DRAINEDDD. 

Your foot is too hard on the clutch, too often and you burn that baby out. It is NOT the way we are designed to navigate. SO - what is? 

I see so commonly a previous experience of my own: 

Clients have made so many 'bad' decisions, they've lost trust. They no longer know what to do, where to trust within their business and personal life. The creative/initiative/unique power button is untapped.

- Not helped by numerousss coaches and pages drowning us online with 'this is THE way' to do XYZ. 

There is no way. Let me show you how to access YOUR way.
