Our earth is asking for justice. We may complain about the coronavirus having us be isolated in a lockdown, affecting our economies and livelihoods. But did we contribute to that?  The earth and our bodies communicate with each other. Any discord in our bodies can be sensed by the earth, hence healing yourself is key to healing the earth, it houses us after all, and is a part of us.
