Who’s missed Harriette this week?

This episode we discuss confrontation and how we’re examples of the extreme on both ends (explains why the SisTEAM sisters need each other so much). Tilly isn’t someone who’s great at confronting people whilst Harriette might be a little too honest.. we dissect this topic from opposite ends of the spectrum and are able to find some common ground on when exactly we need to put someone in their place and confront them!

We cover friendships as well as relationships and how maybe not confronting someone on an issue that’s upsetting you and others may actually be something that could effect them building better and more resilient relationships. What do we think SisTeam?

The advice continues... consent is the topic that follows in episode 15. It’s a major issue and a widely discussed debate; we believe both topics intertwine and talk about the importance of understanding when to say no.

We want to reinforce how you should always feel comfortable when engaging in relationships whether it’s sexual, speaking to someone, rejection etc.
