Hello hello hellooooo!
Yes SisTEAM you’ve got that damn right WE’RE BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER (as if the tea could get any tastier🥵). We’re ready to warm you up over the next few months and bring you to the boil in preparation for hot girl summer!
Who doesn’t love a good gossip? For our first episode of 2022, we delve into our current 'situationships' and dish-out all the juicy details on what's been happening over our short SisTea break. We touch upon the early stages of dating, Harriette's dire need for texting tutorials, going back to ex’s and figuring out how to find yourself after a confusing couple of dating distractions.
Negging.. heard of it? Alexa helps us out! We talk about seeking external validation and the impact this has on self-perception; ultimately, your opinion is the only one that matters and in 2022 the SisTEAM has no time for anything but seeing all our mugs as 'half-full' going forwards. You’re the real deal guys, don’t forget that!
Pre-warning: Harriette is a scrambled egg (but finally ready to be fertilised) in this episode, please have some sympathy for her tragic soggy state.
Please don't forget to share this episode and the podcast with anyone and everyone you know, we love hearing your feedback and are always open to any suggestions for future content. If you have some hot tea you'd like us to help you with or simply want to share your scolding stories you can email us at [email protected] or message us on our Instagram page @sisteapodcast.
Sending endless love,
The SisTea Sisters xxxxx
The tea has brewed long enough and the SisTea Sisters are back for another episode following a short little break!
Did we just create a new dating app? YEAH I THINK WE DID! Sorry guys we’ve put a patent on this idea, but who thinks we should launch it?!
This week we touch upon social media and what effect it has on the dating game. Instagram and other platforms have enabled us to create a reflection of our lives, but is this really a true representation of the people we are and those we want to date? These short snippets of our day to day, are they really reflective of us and are they affecting our dating lives?
In recent years we’ve created terms such as ‘sliding in to the DMs’ that litter our group chats, “Oh blah blah popped up” but is this really something that’s forming a romantic connection?
We delve further in to Instagram culture, why do we video our food? Do we do this because we feel we have something to prove or use it as bait for a certain someone to come through…
Thirst traps, we’ve all been there. But why do we do them? Confidence or is there a motive behind each cheeky post.
We question why guys have nipples; oh and speaking of men.. MYLO joins us this week.
We end the podcast questioning if guys actually like dating? Have we become all too comfortable with the idea of going round to peoples houses due to recent closures of bars and typical dating activities.
We really hope you love this episode and the topics discussed. Don’t forget to share us with anyone you think is in need of some true talk and tea. The SisTea Sisters are back and here to provide your necessary dose of SisTea with a side of satire dipped in too!
Following Tilly's downfall with glandular fever these past few weeks, we discuss her return to the roster... or perhaps her re-evaluation of relationship tactics. The sisters discuss whether we should be replacing our rosters with a relationship focused mindset in order to secure a successful romantic bond... are our endless options preventing us from making a choice?
We discuss relationship dynamics and whether or not it's our human nature or social conditioning that dictates our roles in romantic spheres. Are women natural carers? Is the common phrase 'boys will be boys' used to justify and excuse men for acting without care for the consequences of their actions? This episode explores whether the expectations placed on both parties in a relationship are equal and whether switching up the context makes all the difference in realising our own expectations of ourselves and our partners. We'd love to hear your thoughts on this topic and you can now tweet at us using the hashtag #SisTeaPodcast.
The episode brings up the dreaded reality of dealing with a mummy's boy and the damaging impact a man's excessive dependence on their mother can have on other relationships down the line.
We hope you love this whirlwind of a chat and don't get too overwhelmed with our enthusiasm (blame the caffeine not us).
Sending love as always,
SisTea xxx

Hey Gang, we’re back!!!
Who’s missed Harriette this week?
This episode we discuss confrontation and how we’re examples of the extreme on both ends (explains why the SisTEAM sisters need each other so much). Tilly isn’t someone who’s great at confronting people whilst Harriette might be a little too honest.. we dissect this topic from opposite ends of the spectrum and are able to find some common ground on when exactly we need to put someone in their place and confront them!
We cover friendships as well as relationships and how maybe not confronting someone on an issue that’s upsetting you and others may actually be something that could effect them building better and more resilient relationships. What do we think SisTeam?
The advice continues... consent is the topic that follows in episode 15. It’s a major issue and a widely discussed debate; we believe both topics intertwine and talk about the importance of understanding when to say no.
We want to reinforce how you should always feel comfortable when engaging in relationships whether it’s sexual, speaking to someone, rejection etc.
Let’s keep discussing, no means no!

Mums the word...
Everyone welcome Bernie to the podcast!
The coolest, kindest and most beautiful bomb-mom.
She gives us real talk this week; if you need a pick me up, some self help and great advice from a wise woman then get some candles and plug in.
Bernadette gives us a story time on her relationship, starting from dating at a young age, having a break when discovering herself working in London and coming back together with her childhood sweetheart and now husband after living her best single life in the capital. She gives us a talk on how to sustain a happy marriage and what she thinks builds a long lasting and healthy relationship. This episode reinforces the importance of loving yourself first and provides some great advice about having trust in yourself when single, dating or in a relationship.
Although she’s super wholesome, of course Tilly is there to sprinkle a bit of SisTea sass in Harriette’s absence.
We hope you love this episode, it’s a firm favourite of ours.
Love SisTEAM xxx

Welcome back to another ProseccoCast with the SisTeam where we look at just how much the dating game has changed in an age where there are more relationship stages than eligible bachelors. What is the difference between being exclusive and using the boyfriend/girlfriend label?
We dive deep into serial dating, whether you can go for your ex-links' bros and if girl code goes too far sometimes; perhaps the SisTeam will have to draft a guide book on dating in 2021 and who truly should be out of bed bounds. Harriette questions whether the ruthless roster is a generational thing or if it's just the rise of social media turning us suffering singletons into commitment-phobes.
The SisTeam released a couple statistics from you guys on sleeping with people on the first date and consider the implications of doing so for the future and longevity of the relationship... However, we will be coming back to this one because it seems like a pretty hot topic in all senses.
We'd love you to share any thoughts, dilemma's or stories related to the topics discussed in this episode by messaging us on any of our social media platforms or emailing us at [email protected]

Is a friendship breakup worse than a romantic breakup?
This week we begin the episode discussing when it may be time to let a friendship go. Life events, growth, fake friendships and toxicity... ooooh the tea! We reinforce the importance of putting yourself first whilst being there in times of need.
Facts and stats of Ghosting, sound interesting? We put out polls on our insta's to gather a consensus and dissect why and how people ghost. BUT we come to an epiphany... are WE actually ghosting or just not replying to a blunt text? With it being such a new term in the social media era we try to understand if we're unintentionally doing it ourselves. So stick a pin in it, we've got some research to do! Your input on this subject is warmly welcomed, tell us your opinions and stories on ghosting so we can revisit this topic with a BANG... or BOO.
We hope you love this week's episode, please don't forget to follow and subscribe to us on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Please share us with as many people you know and write a review on Apple Podcasts as it helps the SisTEAM grow!
