8-5-24 Conservative Commandos: TOPIC: Kamala Harris, Elected As The First Indian-American US Senator, Has Now Turned Black.
On July 31st. Donald Trump appeared at the National Association of Black Journalists conference in Chicago. Donald being Donald Trump, asserted during the event that Harris was "Indian all the way" and suddenly "became a Black person." He also gave credence to those suggesting Harris doesn't deserve to be vice president by saying she "could be" in the job because of a push for diversity, equity and inclusion. The mostly Black audience was appealed, but was he right?
When Kamala Harris, then the Attorney General of California, won the open US Senate seat, it made her the first Indian-American US Senator. Kamala, Democrats and the press fell all over themselves as they proclaimed her as an historic figure! Harris at the time 51, received substantial backing from prominent figures, including Barack Obama and Joe O'Biden, among other top Democrats. The press and others called Her victory "a significant milestone in US political history as she became the first Indian-American US Senator. When She replaced the retiring Democratic Senator Barbara Boxer, a feeble old white woman the left could not be happier. Kamala Harris's win not only represented a personal achievement but also signified a broader step towards diversity and representation in the US Senate, democrats were ecstatic!!
But now as the Vice President and candidate for president, she and her friends the left have forgotten her past and find it expedient now to call her an African- American. In a day and age when a man can proclaim himselves a woman and vice versa, I guess a woman with slightly darker complexion than her opponent Donald Trump can call herself what ever she wants and pander to any group she wants to.
Now that Kamala Harris' is seeking black votes she now is self-identifying as a Black woman, this is a topic that warrants careful consideration and open dialogue. It is questioned if she has any Black ancestry or biological connections to the African American community. It is essential to recognize and respect the full spectrum of her heritage.
There is another side of the family tree Kamala wants to forget. According to Wikipedia... "Kamala Harris is of Jamaican descent on her paternal side and of Indian descent on her maternal side. Donald J. Harris wrote in an account of his family ancestry that the Harris name comes from his paternal grandfather Joseph Alexander Harris, a land owner and agricultural produce exporter, and that his paternal grandmother "Miss Chrishy" (née Christiana Brown) was a descendant of Hamilton Brown, a plantation and slave owner"
In a day and age when the left want to punish anyone whos roots have extended to anyone whos ancestors owned slaves, or were conceived by their slave owners, there is no wonder why Kamala wants to rewrite her biological background.
When Donald Trump was asked if Kamala was a DEI candidate, he should have referred to the criteria Joe O"Biden set when he picked her to be his Vice President. When O"Biden choose her to be the first female Vice President of the United States, he made it perfectly clear it was because she was of darker skin and was a Woman. At least Joe Knew what a woman was at the time. Harris is using the opportunity to embrace and "celebrate" her multifaceted identity, but just leaving out a few details
In such a critical time, when public figures and those running for President want to navigate their identities with authenticity and transparency, ensuring that their self-representations are inclusive and respectful of all aspects of their heritage, shouldn't Kamala be honest with the American people, Black America and herself?
If Kamala Harris wants to pander to a group that share her ancestry, maybe she should put a dot on her forehead, instead of pretending to be Hillary Clinton and talking with a black accent.

The Complexities of Kamala Harris’s Identity: An Examination of Heritage and Representation
On July 31st, former President Donald Trump attended the National Association of Black Journalists conference in Chicago. During the event, Trump controversially claimed that Vice President Kamala Harris, who was once hailed as the first Indian-American U.S. Senator, has now "become a Black person." He suggested that Harris's ascent to the vice presidency might be due to a push for diversity, equity, and inclusion, a statement that sparked outrage among the predominantly Black audience. This assertion raises questions about Harris's identity and her representation in American politics.
Kamala Harris's Historic Senate Win
When Kamala Harris won the open U.S. Senate seat as the Attorney General of California, she became the first Indian-American U.S. Senator. Her victory was celebrated as a historic milestone, with significant backing from prominent figures like President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden. The press and Democratic supporters lauded her achievement as a step towards greater diversity in the U.S. Senate.
Evolving Identity in Politics
As Vice President and now a presidential candidate, Kamala Harris's identification has shifted. Initially celebrated for her Indian heritage, Harris is now often recognized as an African-American leader. This change highlights the fluidity of racial and ethnic identity in politics, where public figures may emphasize different aspects of their heritage to connect with various voter demographics.
Ancestral Background
Kamala Harris's heritage is indeed multifaceted. According to Wikipedia, she is of Jamaican descent on her paternal side and Indian descent on her maternal side. Her father, Donald J. Harris, has detailed their family's history, noting that his paternal grandmother was a descendant of Hamilton Brown, a plantation and slave owner. This complex background reflects the diverse and often painful history of many Americans.
Political Implications
The political implications of Harris's identity are significant. In a society where identity politics plays a crucial role, public figures often navigate their heritage to resonate with different groups. Trump's suggestion that Harris's position might be due to diversity initiatives underscores the contentious nature of identity in politics.
When Joe Biden selected Harris as his running mate, he emphasized her as a woman of color, reflecting a commitment to diversity. This choice was seen as a strategic move to appeal to a broader electorate. However, it also opens up debates about authenticity and the pressures faced by public figures to represent multiple aspects of their identity.
Authenticity and Transparency
In an era where authenticity is highly valued, public figures like Kamala Harris must navigate their identities with transparency. Embracing and celebrating her multifaceted heritage, while being honest about her background, is essential. This approach fosters a more inclusive and respectful dialogue about identity.
