The New Year has begun with "grim" numbers for the Liberals, according to pollster Nik Nanos on our first show of 2023. Not only is the 7% Conservative lead now outside the margin of error, but with the NDP also up, the Liberals are getting squeezed on both sides.    

Meanwhile, Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre has been attacking the Liberals on health care, saying it’s "worse than ever" after seven years of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. But although Conservative support may be up, Poilievre isn't doing quite as well when it comes to his personal brand.
