How do you get better at what you do? How do you improve your relationships? How do you gain more depth and wisdom as a person? How do you gain more insight? How do you overcome obstacles? Work Harder? Work Longer? Wait for things to get better?

If you focus on goals, you may hit your goals-but that doesn't guarantee growth. If you focus on growth, you will grow and always hit your goals.

This week we will be going into the Eight Misconceptions about growth that may be holding you back from being as intentional as you need to be.

I was in my own struggles on launching this Podcast but I knew that accepting the struggle will create the experience for me.  I acknowledge the struggle, I exhaled, I stayed focus on the task.  

Not everything that you will do will work on the first time. Success is on the other side of struggle. Trust and believe... I want to throw my whole camera in the trash!  

That is my transparent moment but staying with it and not running away from it allowed me to show up on the other side.....Consistency Is Currency!
