I'm starting to see that my whole life is shaped by the stories I tell myself. Stories about who I am, what the world is and whats possible for me. Sometimes those stories come from ego - fear, separation, not being good enough. Sometimes they come from love - connection, growth and possibility.

And the story I believe shapes the life I experience. So the question I keep coming back to is: What story am I telling myself?

I exist because 30 trillion cells choose love and cooperation over chaos. They coexist as a living collective, constantly connecting, constantly supporting one another,, When I live in a way that contradicts this truth, I disconnect - from them and from myself.

Freedom is choosing to be myself. Creativity is being what I choose to be.

At the core of my being are three questions: Why am I here? What am I? And what am I here to do? Suprisingly, the answers are simple and at the same time, profoundly important.
