THE USS ENTERPRISE CAPTAIN MADE THE DECISION TO CROSS THE  NEUTRAL ZONE  AND BRAKE THE PACE BETWEEN THE TWO NATIONS. THE CAPTAIN SAID IF I LET THEM GO BACK HOME IT WOULD SHOW WEAKNESS AND CAUSE MORE ATTACKS.
