Dale is the director of the Melbourne Builder and Co - a boutique building group shaping the future of construction. Dale, and his business partner Shaun, established the Melbourne Builder and Co in 2010. The company has organically grown from a small carpentry service to a large scale operation specialising in high-end residential construction, events and joinery. In 2021 the Melbourne Builder and Co will launch a fourth arm to the business; design and drafting. Dale has a young family and is father to two boys, Hugo and Angus. James is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Lifestyle Communities Ltd which develops and manages Residential Land Lease Communities.
