If you are interested in getting into the trades but don't know how to, you might want to listen to this episode a few times.We talk about the most common ways to get into the trades (but this can also be applied to any other career of your choice). There's a few ways to get education in a specific industry like the electrical industry that I'm a part of and some ways you can apply or get noticed by the companies you would like to work for. Make sure you let the companies know what specific ways you can bring value to the company! This is key! Don't message the same company 100 times but rather message 100 different companies 1-2 times each. We lastly talk about some personal attributes that most companies look for in employees
