Throughout history, food was a way to bring different races of people together. The types of food we all enjoy have their own history. The roots of food from Africa have migrated to other countries such as the United States of America. The racism we all deal with every day has one thing that brings us together which is food.

Food is a way we celebrate each other differences and come together as one. Food celebrations date back centuries through cultures and that is how we celebrate special occasions in life.

When it comes to cooking or preparing a meal there are professionals who can create a work of art. This cooking professional is a culinary chef who can slice and dice food to create the meal of your dreams. A culinary chef attends school to learn the different styles of cooking and techniques to create a meal. The food we eat in a restaurant is prepared by a chef who has numerous experience overall.

The styles of cooking a chef can learn are fry chef, grill chef, and sauté chef. A culinary chef can create a work of art of food, that will have you mesmerized by the first taste.

This world of the internet can also cause conflict with others and things we enjoy. This conflict is by canceling different things we all might not agree with. For instance a song, a law, and the history we shy away from.

This conflict that has caused an uproar among individuals is called cancel culture. These are the major issues that will be discussed in this episode. In this interview, I will be interviewing two brilliant teenagers who are involved in a church youth group at St. Joseph The Worker Catholic Church. They will give you their perspective of the world they see right now before them. Their names are Terrence Carter and Jamyra Small.

We all have different problems we deal with in life that can affect us tremendously. Life has its ups and downs, and we all must know how to adapt to life situations.

For example, death in the family, relationships with others, and self-care. Yes, self-care is important to every individual more than you think. When you take time for yourself, it gives you time to reflect on what you want out of life. Also, self-care is important to your mental health.

Some individuals struggle with self-care and some don't know how to handle different situations as well.
