Delighted to introduce the next in our ‘Coffees on Purpose’ podcast series.  We planned some of these before lockdown and never imagined we’d be doing them virtually.  But it’s been great to take time out and chat and learn with the experts.  Here’s Martin Newman, Founder of The Customer First Group and Consumer Champion, on how purpose in business impacts our customers.  Martin says that ‘when you have a purpose and you have clear and strong values as a brand, you take customers on a journey with you.  Purpose is a massive driver of building customer lifetime value over a sustained period of time’.  Huge thanks Martin for a podcast packed full of customer-centric advice.
