Consumer Trust on Mobile – Stagnantly Mediocre. Barbara Langer, Co-Founder of Insight Angels Speaks About Surveying Consumer Trust for MEF’s 10th Consumer Trust Study
It is the 10th edition of the Mobile Ecosystem Forum's Consumer Trust study, which measures trust in the mobile ecosystem and explores consumer perceptions and behaviours. We interview Barbara Langer, the co-founder of Insight Angels, the market research firm that has managed the last 5 years of the study. The Consumer Trust Survey involved smartphone users in 15 different countries, and it reveals that overall trust is mediocre, with a global trust index of 55%.
