March 14th: For God so loved the world that he sacrificed His Lamb for us. This is a hard one, we want to hide our kids from suffering and being scared, but remember that Our Lady showed the Fatima children a vision of hell. The cross is much less scary.

Sunday Jan 14th: Happy Valentines Day!

I suggest for lent you pray immediately upon getting up. Try to pray for as many minutes as you are years old.

Step 1: Light a candle at your prayer place and kneel down and ask your guardian angel to help you pray.

Step 2: Give thanks and adoration to our Father who is in heaven for the day He has given you. Say the Our Father or Psalm 94 (excerpt below).

Step 3: Go to a place where you imagine Jesus is praying, maybe it is by the rock on the hill overlooking the sea, and talk to Him about your day. Tell Him of you love for Him.

Come, ring out our joy to the Lord;

hail the rock who saves us.

Let us come before him, giving thanks,

with songs let us hail the Lord.

A mighty God is the Lord,

a great king above all gods.

In his hands are the depths of the earth;

the heights of the mountains are his.

To him belongs the sea, for he made it

and the dry land shaped by his hands.

Come in; let us bow and bend low;

let us kneel before the God who made us

for he is our God and we

the people who belong to his pasture,

the flock that is led by his hand.
