This week on the Contemplative Living Podcast, we explore the concept of "Doing it your way." We observe situations through our unique perspective and engage with life's teachings. Through deep reflection, we understand the significance of each present moment as we flow with it. Let's dare to dream big and make our aspirations a reality. Through contemplation, we incorporate spiritual thoughts into our embodied understanding.
Join us for a new season of Contemplative Living, this week we delve into the concept of "Adjusting To New Energies." Keep an open mind and maintain a positive attitude towards these fresh energies. Tune in to your senses and connect with deeper aspects of yourself. Remember, change is constant, and embracing it is crucial. As the saying goes, "All is flux." Instead of clinging to nostalgia, let's embrace the present moment and welcome new energy and vibrations. Leave behind the past; a new day awaits us.
Finding our path requires us to be true to ourselves and come to know our inner world. Connect with your true nature, physical body, and cognitive mind. They’re all linked.
Welcome to this week's episode of the Contemplative Living Podcast, where we explore the idea of "Being Of Good Cheer." This can be achieved by letting go of our desires and focusing on others. May you find peace and joy in your life, and may you wake up each morning with a cheerful "Good Morning." Embrace the changes within yourself as you continue on your journey. True happiness comes not from making it our ultimate goal but from learning to appreciate the journey.
In this week’s Contemplative Living Podcast, we explore the concept of our “Freedom to be We.” Our hearts yearn for the truth that liberates our individual self into a collective "we." When we lose our identification with our role and persona, we are exposed to the authentic truth. Release the sense of self, and find our intrinsic interconnected knowing. We can be like a perfectly formed diamond, each facet complimenting the beauty of the whole. All moments are equally precious, showing up for ordinary moments of our lives. Freedom is never diminished. No boundary is drawn to separate Me from We. We are connected to the Source of Oneness that holds every truth.
Finding merry and bright lies not in conforming or compromising but rather in honoring what makes us unique and staying true to ourselves through every twist and turn on life's journey.
Our inner wisdom speaks softly but persistently. It may manifest as a gut feeling or an unexplainable sense of knowingness. When we learn to recognize these signals, they become powerful tools for navigating life's twists and turns.
The topic of this week's Contemplative Living Podcast is "Giving & Receiving." Generosity is the act of sharing what you have with others, regardless of who is giving and who is receiving. It goes beyond our sense of separation and unifies us. To truly embrace generosity, we must both give and receive graciously. By breaking down barriers between self and others, we understand that all giving and receiving is interconnected. When we give without distinction or receive with gratitude, our generosity knows no bounds. This powerful virtue brings joy to both the giver and receiver, making it the foundation for living an ethical life.
This week on the Contemplative Living Podcast, we explore how imperfection does not hold us back. I am fascinated by the concept of unconditional love, even though we may never fully achieve it in this lifetime. The pursuit of self-perfection is simply a story we tell ourselves. We are constantly striving to better ourselves as humans, and embrace our natural positivity. Despite our flaws and vulnerabilities, we are all loved by the universe. Embracing our imperfections can be strangely comforting as it reminds us that we are human. As we bravely share our aspirations, the universe provides support from unexpected places. Being human means being imperfect yet remarkable when we show acts of generosity, compassion, and understanding beyond our limitations.
