Do you ever see someone so comfortable in their own skin you just want to ask them to teach you how to do it? I think we all feel like frauds sometimes, but we shouldn't. The happiest people I know are those that have come to the conclusion that they are not responsible for anyone's thoughts but their own. Here's a story about a lady I met that helped me see this in the coolest way possible. 

Stories can be very personal and as marketers and entrepreneurs, we know our own personal stories carry the most power but it can be hard to know which ones to share with whom and how much to say. Then there's making a point from them. 

In this first episode. I share something my son shared with me the other day and talk about how it can be hard to share your story, but really, there's nothing to be afraid of. In awe of the power of your story maybe, excited a nervous about getting it right, sure, but not afraid. Take a listen and let me know what you think! 

We've all heard the voice of our inner critic, right? We know what it sounds like, but did you know you have the power to replace that negative messaging with something better? You can choose to have any type of mindset you want. In phase 2 of unlocking your subconscious, we get into recognizing the reasons behind your subconscious programming. By identifying the benefit you get from each of them, you can defuse them better. If you haven't listened to phase one yet, you should do that here. 

Sometimes in life, we're tempted to be someone else. Maybe others have told us we should be, maybe we're just not that proud of ourselves. When we take on roles that don't suit us, it rarely ends well. Be yourself, it's either that, or a poor imitation of someone else. Also, I tell a horribly embarrassing basketball story about myself. 

Learning to recognize and understand the subconscious negative programming the prevents us from succeeding in life is the first step to being able to correct our negative beliefs about our selves and our ability to succeed.
