In this deep dive Oli and John are joined by Clive Howse of M.i Media and Kelly Martin from Flix Mobility to share their knowledge and experience as they discuss the topic of media agency and client relationship management.

Clive is the CEO of M.i. Media, the all-media performance agency he set up 12 years ago. Prior to M.i. he had been a ‘lifer’ at MediaCom… joining as a Press Buyer in 1991 before leaving 17 years later as MD of their 90-strong performance division. The agency now manages over £70million of client advertising spend every year and has been recognised by Campaign as one of their best places to work. 

Kelly is the Global Head of Offline Marketing and Media for Flix Mobility, where she leads a team responsible for media, direct marketing, partnerships & media sales. Prior to Flix, Kelly spent most of her career working for broadcasters such as Sky, UKTV and NBC, where she managed the owned media strategy to support the launch of new content, products and services across linear and on demand. She views the agency relationship as vital in delivering business success and believes the best way to deliver results is by working with agencies as a partner and extension of the team.
