Contraflow just wanted to bring you this great new mix from Z-Trip. It´s nice to see a top dj caring about the bigger picture and trying to make a difference as well as rock the party.

Recently, Shepard Fairey and I threw some fundraisers for the Obama campaign. We called them "The Party for Change". (If you don't know who Shepard is--among many other things--he is the one responsible for the image on the right).

I've been wanting to put the mix I've been doing at these shows online, in hopes of spreading the word to people who need to hear it most. So, here it is:

He is the 2007 winner of the world famous NINJA TUNE SOLID STEEL radio show!! When you realise that the worlds best most creative djs are competing for this title - you know he´s a bad boy, especially when he won the title in 2003 as well..

2007 also saw the release of his debut album - Playing With Scratches on Grease records and this year sees a world tour - you´ll be hearing more from this boy for sure! We´re just waiting for the moment when he´s in Europe and we can drag him to Contraflow in Barcelona.
