In this episode, Liv and I just went all in.

This is one of those conversations that started off-record and I was like… yeah, we need to hit record on this.

We talk about what it actually looks like to take control of your life. Not the highlight reel version, the real version. The one where you have to get honest with yourself about your habits, your time, and what you keep saying you want… but aren’t prioritizing.

We get into how people are way too focused on things they can’t control, while completely ignoring the things right in front of them that would actually change their life.

We also go into:

  • why “I don’t have time” isn’t real
  • how your daily habits are either building confidence or destroying it
  • the truth about fitness, discipline, and overcomplicating everything
  • when to push yourself harder vs when to actually pull back
  • and why most people stay stuck in the same cycles

There’s some tough love in here, but it’s coming from experience on both sides.
