Paula Sardinas, CEO and Chief Lobbyist at FMS Global Strategies, a Black Government Affairs firm, joins Cindi Bright this week to discuss the 2023 Legislative Session in Washington State. Her work focuses on empowerment and advocacy work with a laser focus on BIPOC girls impacted by intersectionality and structural racism.

Cindi is looking forward to hearing about progress made for all citizens, with a focus on Black Americans in Washington State. We will be focused on key wins for Washington State, Equity, Housing, Cannabis Equity, the work of the Black Caucus and other items Paula feels is relevant to this discussion. They will discuss what was not completed during this year's session and any key political races she feels our community needs to pay attention to.
