This week, Art Break takes a look at the life stressors and forces that cause us to struggle, and how being joyful is a revolutionary act. In this video, we use color and creativity to recognize, remember and celebrate our joy, so we can make space for more positivity to flow. We also catch up with Seattle artist and art therapist Dalisha Phillips of Love Light Energy Art Therapy (IG: @love_light_energy_art_therapy) to discuss the benefits of creativity for us all.
