Dr Tracy is a the Feminine Boss Academy Founder and she helps women from all walks of life on their journey to true self-love. Through her program "Reclaiming Me" she walks with women coming out of narcissistic abuse situations, helps them make sense of what has happened, and how to move forward and thrive in life.
Dr Tracy joins Dan to talk about her new book "Narctionary" which brings together all the "lingo" that is used in the Narcissistic recovery world and is an amazing tool for people who are trying to make sense of what has happened to them. She uses this in her programs and her work with people and finds it is amazingly helpful for people to use this shorthand to explain what is going on for them.
This was a great chat, thanks Dr Tracy for coming on the show!

In the 3rd episode of this series on relationships and personality, Dan discusses the difference between thinkers and feelers. Do thinkers still have feelings underneath all that cold, hard logic? (yes!) Can we ever get on the same page? Listen to understand where your partner may be coming from and how they see the world, and you'll begin to speak the same language and appreciate what each other is bringing to the table.

This second episode in the series about personality and relationships, Dan discusses the differences between Sensors and Intuitives. Understanding this difference between people can make a huge impact on how we relate to each other, maybe more than any of the other 3 dichotomies of the Myers-Briggs system. Sensors and Intuitives see and experience the world in very different ways and yet these polar opposites can be complementary making for a great partnership dynamic.

We are SO excited to bring this episode to you.
This is an awesome conversation with Kyle and Laura Friesen, owners of Friesen Holistic Wellness in Manitoba, Canada.
Kyle is a Life and Relationship Coach and Laura is a Neuromovement practioner and they are both well-versed in Myers-Briggs and cognitive functions. They share how this knowledge has helped their relationship, what hurdles they face as complete opposite types, how they actually have a lot of similarities, and how they have found ways to bring out the best in each other. They are an incredible example of a couple giving each other space to grow and change and allow that to improve and strengthen their relationship.
We really enjoyed the chat, you will too!
