So excited to share the final episode for this season.
I had the privilege of discussing Mental Health one of the amazing women I know! It was an absolute honour to get to interview Ms Toyin Akinfolarin about the topic of how mental health and how this impacts young people.
Ms Toyin Akinfolarin has over 20 years of experience working with people with enduring mental illnesses and emotional disturbances. She is a certified Health and life coach, an emotional health navigator, a children’s ministry leader and is a mentor to many young people
I hope this podcast helps you feel heard and seen. My prayer is that this podcast equips you and empowers you. When I listened to this podcast I felt a sense of joy because I knew this is what I needed at my lowest and I was grateful that God would use this episode to reach people.
I would really advise you to follow @toyinakinfo and @scanningyoungminds !
Thank you so much, Ms for your labour of love and passion for us young people.
If you're in crisis and need to talk right now, there are many helplines staffed by trained people ready to listen. They won't judge you, and could help you make sense of what you're feeling.
