I pray that you will find contentment and rest in God. He is eagerly waiting to give you peace and strength to navigate this fun, exciting and fulfilling season! You are in your best season yet, don't let the enemy rob you!

A podcast from my heart to your own. You will note this podcast is a bit all over the place. However, I believe God wanted me to speak to that one person who is feeling overwhelmed or frustrated about how the year has started. I'm praying deeply this will enable you to move beyond overwhelm to the deep love God has for you. My prayer is that you will see God in the pain, trials and disappointment. My prayer is you will allow him to define you. My prayer is you will allow His Spirit to overcome your feelings and doubts. I would really encourage you to attend the Vision Board Workshop - It's time to walk on Water.

So excited to share the final episode for this season.
I had the privilege of discussing Mental Health one of the amazing women I know! It was an absolute honour to get to interview Ms Toyin Akinfolarin about the topic of how mental health and how this impacts young people.
Ms Toyin Akinfolarin has over 20 years of experience working with people with enduring mental illnesses and emotional disturbances. She is a certified Health and life coach, an emotional health navigator, a children’s ministry leader and is a mentor to many young people
I hope this podcast helps you feel heard and seen. My prayer is that this podcast equips you and empowers you. When I listened to this podcast I felt a sense of joy because I knew this is what I needed at my lowest and I was grateful that God would use this episode to reach people.
I would really advise you to follow @toyinakinfo and @scanningyoungminds !
Thank you so much, Ms for your labour of love and passion for us young people.
If you're in crisis and need to talk right now, there are many helplines staffed by trained people ready to listen. They won't judge you, and could help you make sense of what you're feeling.
Hey family,
Hope you are good! It's been a while, really wanted to post this last week but there was just so much going on.
Hey family,
Here's a transparent episode, I hope all the podcast will echo vulnerability. This is a podcast that I feel many can relate to but do not speak about.
Yay! The first podcast of 2020 has been uploaded. In this podcast, I summarise my top 3 lessons from 2020.
These lessons played a crucial role in my personal development in 2020, I also feel like they are lessons that young people undervalue in this fast pace life.
Below are some of the key lessons I share:

Hey guys, I first want to say a huge thank you! This podcast channel would not be the same without you. This podcast was a very spontaneous conversation, I just wanted to encourage you as you go into the new year. It's time to lay down the world's expectation of success for God's definition of rest! It's important we redefine how we view and understand how we approach the new year.
Don't forget to leave a review and thank you for listening.
Hope you have a lovely Christmas filled with joy, peace and hope. I pray that you find Rest in the father. I pray you to find the grace to pause, refocus and gaze on his face.

In this podcast, I share my journey of how God continues to fix the lens in which I see him through. A journey of constant healing, redemption and restoration.
Deciding to lay down the shame, rejection and pain in the hands of my healer is the very reason I can passionately impact young peoples through the platforms he provides. I’m the clay he’s the potter and that’s the beauty about healing.
