I first “met” Ann on another podcast I listen to regularly, and just by the sound of her voice, KNEW I I wanted her to join me in this space. Ann Hedly is a mother, dancer, yoga student and instructor, gardener, artist, home educator and unschooler, animal communicator and lover of life who happens to have the auto-immune condition alopecia. She has a degree in dance and choreography and had a career as a modern dancer in NYC before she moved to Appleton, Maine in 2001. Ann is fascinated by personal stories and telling her own through documentary film has been enormously healing. We have a beautiful, raw, real conversation about migraines, divorce, alopecia, unschooling, loving ourselves first... and so much more.
