You have to be the person you claim to be. You have to heal the parts of you that hurt you. Hurt people , hurt people. You can manifest all parts of your life but understanding the importance of your healing is key.

People always try to tell you what you can’t do but never understand why you aren’t doing those things. Support the healing .

Being single is hard but it’s better than being used, mistreated and unappreciated. Stop expecting someone and grab yourself. Work on you so you’re ready for your person when they arrive.

Appreciate where you are currently and evolve beyond that person. Being single doesn’t mean unworthy.

Standards shouldn’t force you to be single. Standards set the tone for who and how you are treated. Stop allowing others to force you to be guilty because of what you choose not to tolerate. You are worthy of everything you deserve.

Too often we get lost in societal norms and forget who we are and who we could be. Cut that shit out!
