I thought long and hard about how to close the year for LEADERCHING. As we are facing Covid-19 restrictions again in many countries and a sense of uncertainty is spreading I wanted to get someone who would bring a positive vibe to the end of the year. I met Alejandra a couple of years ago - before the pandemic - and am obviously biased when it comes to her. I impressed by her passion and determination and really enjoyed talking to her.
