"We call Bible things by Bible names" is a phrase that has been used in the church of Christ for many years. However, what do we do when a Bible word has become taboo? God has revealed his name to us. Is it the same as the name of his son, Jesus? What is the correct name for God, or does it change from passage to passage? When you were baptized someone probably said something before you were taken into the water. Do you remember what they said? Does it matter what they said or if they said anything at all?
