Nicola & I talked about needing space at home, and how the energy feels different when there's someone else at home at the same time (even if they're in a completely separate space). We talked about being introverted and being HSP (and what each of those terms mean), and how it seems that others sometimes think we should be able to sit outside or go to a coffee shop (or similar) and that would be enough to recharge (hint - it's not!). We also rambled a bit about energy itself and how releasing and decluttering, or moving furniture around, really changes the energy in a space.
