I hold Master’s Degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Applied Psychology. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who primarily works with survivors of trauma and abuse in my private practice. Many who see me for therapy are experiencing trauma symptoms such as anxiety, excessive fear, or are simply struggling to connect meaningfully with those in their lives. My clinical work is informed by my primary theoretical orientations, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral. Our work together would be a blend of deeply exploring your current situation, past and present significant relationships, and practical skills to use to help experience your emotions and relationships in a more fulfilling way. For those seeking treatment for past trauma, I use a treatment called EMDR to help clients heal from traumatic experiences.

I am queer person, parent, partner who is nonbinary and trans-masc. I am also a fitness trainer, drag performer, and a trainer in gender identity and sexuality for the workplace. In life, I vow to be awkward, authentic, and vulnerable.
At an early age, I knew I wanted to be an artist. Throughout all my live changes, moving from Barbados to New York, to New Mexico, then joining the Marines, art was the one thing that persisted. I was raised to be a leader, to see myself as someone who could help people and improve lives.
