If you have ever considered a mentorship program either as a mentor or mentee but were curious if it would be worth the commitment and wondered what the benefits could be, this podcast episode is for you. We will answer your question and dive deep into mentorship programs, specifically the HBA Mentoring program.
If you are interested -The deadline for the program is January 31st, and I will put a link in the show notes to register or get more information. Our HBA program is unique as we offer a 1-1 mentoring model.
Okay, let's get to this! I am so excited to have two fantastic people today on our podcast who participated in our mentorship program when it was launched in 2021 as a mentor and mentees and will be sharing their unique perspectives from their roles and the impact they had on themselves and each other.
Mentee: Daniele Bolap joined the program as a mentee. She has over 20 years of project management experience, health analytics and market access experience. She is currently the Senior Manager of Access Private Sector at Pfizer. HBA is expanding, and it is no easy task to be the branch/chapter lead, of our new Montreal Chapter but when asked Daniele stepped up, and we are so excited and lucky to have her leading this initiative on the board!
Mentor: Lee Ferreira joined the program in the mentor role. She currently serves as Ferring Pharmaceuticals Canada's General Manager. Almost 30 years have passed during Lee's tenure in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector. A leader and visionary in the corporate world and an innovator in her field, she is someone to look up to. She has been involved in HBA over the past 3 years through our programs and events.
