They bring challenging insights into ways that the mindset of Colonialism seeps into the church and missions even today, and how important it is to give the benefit of the doubt.

JR & Tess, our Downtown Brooklyn Community Pastors, talk about the dynamics of interracial marriage and growing together, what it takes to bring “your whole self” to a faith community, and what it looks like to take responsibility for educating ourselves instead of making that someone else’s burden.
