I feel like the year before a new decade sets the tone for what's to come on your new lap and I've been extremely intentional about my last trip around the sun of my 20s. I hope this episode encourages the kollectiv to also take some time and stock of their takeaways as they go into a new age.

We know that second Sundays are dedicated to CIB episodes and as the saying goes "better late than never", serves relevance in this case as we went live a few days late than expected. Journeying with Fundiswa Ntoyi on our first official episode for season two, we got to spend time with a multifaceted creative, and phenomenal soul, who encompasses so much grace and warmth, you can't help but be drawn more and more into the conversation.

We delved into her season of transformation, the need to heal, what she had to face in order to make it to the other side, difficult truths, and who is Fundiswa 2.0.

Like every episode we share, the intention is to resonate and grow as part of the kollectiv and we hope we did just that and even more.

I'm very sure this season will be everything we prayed for and more. Possibly the longest episode of the season, rightfully so seeing that it's the last one for season 1. 

Let's get into this QnA! as we bring such a beautiful and fulfilling season to an end. I guarantee you, as like every episode this one is well worth your time ;). Thank you to each and everyone who journeyed with CIB this season, words can never amount to the gratitude I have for the Kollective, Ngiyabonga. The 6 episodes have been soul-fulfilling. 7 symbolizes a time for rest and realignment for even more betterment, as we hit reset and plan for the new season, I believe it will be everything and more. 

Until then, I hope life continues to be kind, filled with ease and an abundance of comfort, and most especially the right kind of love.

Hello to my favourite circle, the collective. 

This episode is personal. It's me being vulnerable, mostly because I know the CIB kollective is a safe space. I felt it's only fair that I wear my heart on my sleeve and just share how I've been feeling lately. I believe it's important to speak about all the days we experience. The good, bad, sad, confusing as well as all the in-betweens.  There is such a  great joy I feel when I record an episode, hence I knew that doing this episode will contribute positively to my constant journey to healing. 

I've experienced a lot of losses in my life but none can compare to my mom's passing. 14 Years later her passing anniversary week still has me in a bag of mixed emotions. Talking about has become a form of therapy for me, something my unhealed, younger self couldn't bear. I felt safe enough to do that on today's episode, seeing that comfort and care are what the kollective is known for, for which I am truly grateful. 

I'd say enjoy this episode but I believe it will each and everyone who tunes in will take what they need to take. Plus I share my 7-day holistically cleanse plan for the new week which is focused on resting, restoring, reevaluating, and reviving all the important parts of me that contribute to my sovereignty. Putting in the work! lol.
