Conversations I've Never Had | RIKA | Podcast

Well! I’m surprised my dad agreed to do this… Here’s us spilling the beans on camera about the difference between how he views life and how I do, honest fatherly advice which I need to hear and what he genuinely thinks of my music career. I love how open and honest we can be with each other and I’m so glad to have this conversation with my dad filmed. I love you dad!

In this episode, I’m talking to my friend Sasha about being creative people in our culture and how it was growing up as an Indian in the UK vs as an Indian in India! It was super insightful having these tough conversations about the realities of being different minded. But don’t worry, there’s lots of banter in between, we’re not super serious people. Enjoy!

This episode was so fun to make with Jack! What is a Philosopher’s take on life vs a Songwriters? It was very interesting to find out each other's point of views. It was the first one I made for the series, and I think the most serious but also fun AND educational!! It's also the longest one in the series but that might be because Jack and I actually could yap for years LOL. Hope you guys enjoy this one as much as we did!

I'm so excited to share with you the first of four episodes from the Conversations I've Never Had Podcast, made in partnership with Instagram! This episode with Sophie Morelli was super fun to make! We had a great conversation about dating in 2024, love and loss and how we write songs. It was such a joy to talk about these things, especially with a fellow artist like her! i hope you enjoy!!
