Anxiety brings about depression, stress issues and self esteem issues which is mainly brought about what we choose to magnify which is the weaknesses in our lives. When we choose to magnify the strengths we have, we will be our own motivation towards the accomplishment of our purposes, talents, abilities and dreams.
